Allow Late Enroll
Students who were not enrolled in class at the time the test was assigned may be allowed to take the published test by enabling the Allow Late Enroll option.
If this setting is unchecked and a new student enrolls in the section, they will be assigned to the Student Settings list with the Visible to Student setting unchecked, and the student will not be able to access the assignment. If the instructor later decides to allow students who have enrolled late to take this test and changes this setting under Additional Settings, those students will automatically be removed from the list of students with student-specific settings.
Note: If the student has other student-specific settings when an instructor changes the setting to allow students who enroll late to access a test, only the Visible to Student setting will be changed, and the student will remain in the Student Settings list.
To enable the Allow Late Enroll function:
| 1. | Open WebTests under the Assignments tab in the Grade Book. |
| 2. | Select the checkbox next to the desired test. |
| 3. | Select the desired test from the list. |
| 4. | Press Additional Settings. |
| 5. | Place a check in the checkbox labeled Allow Late Enroll. |
| 6. | Press the Save Changes button. |
