The # Attempts Grade Method allows you to choose how many attempts students have on a WebTest and also the grading method for how those scores will be processed.
To allow multiple attempts on a WebTest:
1. | Open WebTests under the Assignments tab in the Grade Book. |
2. | Select the check box next to the desired test. |
3. | Press General Settings. |
4. | Enter the desired number of attempts in the field labeled # Attempts Grade Method. |
Note: If you want students to be allowed an unlimited number of attempts, delete the number in the box and leave it empty.
5. | Press the Save Changes button. |
To select which of the students' attempts is to be recorded as the final grade for the test, choose one of the following options from the Grading Method drop-down menu: Average Score, Best Score, Last Score or First Score.
