Make Test Visible to Students
The Visible to Student option places the selected test into the student’s Progress Report and the list of available WebTests. If this option is not selected, the student will not see the test.
If the Visible to Student option is unchecked after the student has already taken the test, the test will no longer be visible on the student level and will no longer be calculated into their total grade. All of the student’s test information will be saved and restored automatically if the Visible to Student option is checked again.
Test is Visible to Student - Test Level:
| 1. | Open WebTests under the Assignments tab in the Grade Book. |
| 2. | Select the desired test from the list. |
| 3. | Press General Settings. |
| 4. | Select the check box next to Visible to Student. |
| 5. | Press the Save Changes button. |
Note: You can change the Visible to Student option for all sections a test is assigned to by pressing “show” next to Make Bulk Changes, selecting the checkbox next to Start Date under Sections, selecting or unselecting the Visible to Student option under Make Bulk Changes, and then pressing the Save Changes button.
