Select Prerequisite Assignment Status from the Reports tab to view how many students have completed the prerequisite assignments for a WebTest.

 

Select the section and assignment you would like to view the report for from the Section and Assignment menus.

 

Note: If you are a Course Administrator, you can also view this information for other instructors' sections and assignments by first selecting an instructor's name from the Instructor menu.

 

You can sort the report by the number of prerequisite assignments completed or by student name by making the appropriate selection from the Sort By menu.

 

If you select Summary under Display Options, the table will only list the student name and number of prerequisite lessons completed. If you choose Detailed, the table will list the individual assignment status for each student.

 

Select Graphical View if you would like lesson status to be indicated by an icon rather than text.

 

Use the Print or Export buttons at the top of the page to print the report or export it as a Word or Excel file.
